This page explains how refunds are handled for TrainerStack purchases.
General Policy
TrainerStack offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on eligible purchases. If you request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount you paid, provided the purchase meets the criteria below.
Refunds are based strictly on the amount paid—not on the content accessed, the number of lessons completed, or any bonuses included.
What Determines Your Refund Amount
If you purchased an individual course directly from TrainerStack, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that course (when requested within the 7-day window).
If you purchased a stack, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that stack (when requested within the 7-day window).
The determining factor is how much you paid—not the number of courses, materials, or bonuses included.
Partnership & Bundle Purchases
If you gained access to a TrainerStack course or stack through a partner promotion, bundle, or third-party program, refund eligibility depends on the amount you personally paid and the partner’s refund policy and terms.
- TrainerStack can only refund the portion directly paid to TrainerStack, if applicable.
- Any additional fees, upgrades, or bundled pricing offered by the partner are subject to that partner’s refund policy—not TrainerStack’s.
- You are responsible for reviewing the partner’s refund terms before purchasing.
After 7 Days
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted through the Contact Support form. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
